Owner John Franco

John Franco is a Florida-licensed roofing contractor and the founder and CEO of GreenTek Roofing & Solar, a Tampa Bay-based residential and commercial roofing company he launched in 2017.

With nearly a decade of experience operating in one of the country’s most storm-active states, John specializes in storm damage assessment and insurance restoration — guiding Florida homeowners and property managers through the claims process after hurricanes, high-wind events, and severe weather. He holds a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license (CCC1332028) and a General Contracting license, and GreenTek is a GAF Master Elite-certified contractor, a designation held by fewer than 2% of roofing companies nationwide.
